Room Rates
All rates have been shown in $NZ and include GST.
Children are 'people' and get charged accordingly. (unless they are under 2 years of age, and their bedding is supplied by the guest.)
Family, Group, Corporate rates available on request.
We will require a credit card from which one night's deposit will be required to secure your booking.

Credit Cards
All major credit cards are accepted.
We require credit card details to secure your reservation from which one night's deposit will be debited on confirmation (to secure your reservation) or 10% on group or long stay bookings, with balance of tariff due on 'check-in', with any other charges to be cleared on 'check-out' with the return of the key/s to reception. - Please ensure your card is a Credit card NOT Debit card.
Online bookings guarantee reservations, they will be confirmed back to you from Alpine Motel Apartments.
Booking & Cancellation Policies
OFFICE HOURS: 8am-8pm. Arrivals after 6pm pls arrange for a late 'check-in'
POLICIES: A deposit of one night's tariff will be taken to secure the reservation with any balances due on arrival.
Any other charges to be paid on 'check-out' with the return of the key/s.
or 20% deposit on Group bookings - whichever is the larger fee.
CANCELLATIONS:
CANCELLATION: 7 days prior to check-in unless peak periods as below. Cancellations within the 7 days will forfiet deposits and may result in total accommodation being charged, if we can re-sell the room we will refund appropriately.
PEAK PERIOD CANCELLATIONS: 30 day cancellation applies in Winter - July, Aug & Sept. Summer from 24 Dec to 12 Jan, Easter Airshows, A&P weekends. Cancellations within the 30 days will be charged for the full booking unless we can re-sell the unit/s, if so we will refund appropriately.
ALL cancellations incur a minimum of $25 remarketing & administration fee.
NO Shows = NO Refunds!
