Unit 1 - 2 single beds in the bedroom, king bed in the lounge ideal for families with young children so that they may be bedded early to enable the adults to have the lounge space for social time (able to be split into 2 single beds for multiple day stays)
Unit 9 - King bed in the bedroom and 2 single beds in the large lounge - ideal for families with teenage children so that they may stay up for tv time (allowing the adults to retire to bed)
Unit 3, unit 7 - 2 singles in the bedroom, plus queen and single beds in the lounge (ideal for family with young children more economical than 2 bedroom units)
Units 1,3,7 & 9 give views to the mountains, gardens & playground. They are the most recently refurbished and they allow both lots of people to access the ensuite, toilet & kitchen without passing through each others space, giving privacy to both rooms.
Unit 19 - Queen and single bed in the bedroom, plus queen and single in the lounge (suits 2 couples, 4 sgls or family)
Unit 20 - Queen and single beds in the bedroom, plus 2 single beds in the lounge (better suited to families with teenagers)
Units 19 & 20 are set back in the quiet garden areas and be accessed via the Russell Street entrance

A "Home Away from Home"

One Bedrooms are 2 roomed units, with beds in both bedroom area and also in the spacious lounge.
They have fully equipped kitchens with full range/ovens, and all pots, cutlery, crockery and utensils supplied, electric jug, toaster, microwave, fridge ( some with freezers) and mini basket,coffee plunger, complimentary tea, coffee and sugars supplied daily.
Ensuites with shower, vanity & separate toilet, hairdryer, wall heater and complimentary soap.
Main lounge room has: Dining table & chairs, either a sofa or comfortable arm-chairs & cushions, with magazines for your leisure time, wall heater, 21" TV with remote and 3 NZ channels with Sky sports, CNN & Sky Movies, direct dial phone (modem friendly plus wireless internet facility), alarm clock/radio for both rooms and bedside lights.
